Cash on Delivery (COD) may include a small handling fee (if applicable).

🚫 Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
Courier operational issues

Natural disasters or public restrictions

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
